What we collect
When you send a request, we receive your name, email address, website address, the service you asked about, and anything you choose to write in the message box.
How we use it
We use those details to review your website, reply to you, and, if you go ahead, to scope and carry out the work. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
How it reaches us
The request form is delivered to our inbox by Formspree, a third-party form service that processes your message only to deliver it. This website does not use advertising trackers.
Access to your website
If you give us access to your website to carry out repairs, we use it only for the agreed work. You can remove our access once the project is complete.
