Rainpuddle Website Rescue

Fix what’s broken. Keep what works.

Your website probably doesn’t need a rebuild.

It may just need to be rescued.

Broken buttons. Awkward mobile layouts. Slow images. Dead links. Contact forms that don’t work. Pages that haven’t been touched in years.

Small website problems add up. But fixing them shouldn’t require throwing away your entire website and paying thousands of dollars to start over.

How it works

Five steps, with no surprises in between.

  1. Send Us Your Website

Tell us what has been bothering you—or simply send us the URL and let us take a look.

  2. We Identify the Problems

We review the site and create a clear repair scope.

You’ll know what we’re fixing before work begins.

  3. Pay $175 to Start

Once the scope is approved, the first half of the project price is due.

We’ll email you an invoice you can pay online.

  4. We Rescue the Site

Most Website Rescue projects are completed within 3 business days after we receive the access needed to perform the work.

  5. Review the Repairs

You’ll receive a summary of what changed and can request one revision round.

The remaining $174 is due when the project is complete.

Is your website a good candidate?

Website Rescue is a good fit when…

Your website basically works—but parts of it are broken, outdated, frustrating, slow, or difficult to use.

  • Maybe the mobile version looks wrong.
  • Maybe customers struggle to contact you.
  • Maybe something broke months ago and nobody ever fixed it.

That’s exactly what Website Rescue is for.

Websites we work on

  • WordPress
  • Squarespace, Wix, and Weebly
  • Shopify (small, contained fixes only)
  • Plain hand-coded or older custom sites

Not sure what your site is built with? That’s fine. Send us the address and we’ll find out.

What Website Rescue is not

A repair, not a redesign.

Website Rescue repairs an existing website. It won’t turn a five-page repair into a six-week redesign.

It does not include:

  • Complete website redesigns
  • New brand identity development
  • Large-scale copywriting
  • Major online-store rebuilds
  • Custom web applications
  • Domain or hosting migrations
  • Paid themes, plugins, software, or licenses

If we determine that repairing your existing site would cost more, take longer, or leave you with a fundamentally weak website, we’ll tell you. Website Rescue is never used to push an unnecessary rebuild.

Questions

Good questions to ask before you hand over your website.

Do I pay anything before you look at my site?

No. The first review is free. We look at your site, write a clear repair scope, and you approve it before the $175 deposit is due. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.

What if my site has more than 10 problems?

We put the most important problems first, so the 10 agreed fixes go where they make the biggest difference. We’ll tell you plainly what’s left over and what your options are before you pay anything.

Will you change how my website looks?

Only where a repair calls for it, like fixing a layout that breaks on phones. Your design, platform, and content stay yours. Rescue repairs the site you have; it isn’t a redesign.

What do you need from me to do the work?

Access to make changes, usually a login on your website platform. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify all let you add a separate account for us, so you don’t have to share your own password. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed, and the 3-business-day turnaround starts once that access is in place.

What does the 7 days of follow-up cover?

If something directly related to a repair we made stops working within 7 days of completion, we’ll fix it at no charge. It doesn’t cover new problems unrelated to our work or new requests.
